Where can I find the Travel Rule form?

The Travel Rule form (transaction data transfer rule) is integrated into the withdrawal and deposit process on the zondacrypto platform. You will only receive it if it is necessary for the transaction to be executed correctly.

The form will appear automatically if the transaction is subject to the Travel Rule. The form will be displayed when you submit a withdrawal request, after entering your wallet address and clicking "Transaction summary".

When will I receive the Travel Rule form?

If zondacrypto receives a transfer without the required data from another VASP (i.e. another service provider), you will receive a notification both:

• In the web and mobile versions of the exchange.
• By email with a link to the data completion form.

Once you have completed and confirmed the data, the form will be verified and the funds will be credited.

If you do not complete the data, the funds may be returned to the sender.  No commission is charged for the return, but the return is subject to a network fee (charged on the same day, from the network explorer of the currency in question).
