How to deposit on zondacrypto with BLIK

  1. Choose the deposit method: BLIK.
    Go to Deposits, select PLN, then choose BLIK. You may see BLIK shown as a recommended option.

  2. Confirm the required notices.
    You’ll see brief information required for legal and security reasons. Tick the checkboxes to continue.

  3. Enter the amount and review the summary.
    Type the amount. You’ll see the fee and a summary. Confirm to proceed.

  4. Choose how to confirm BLIK.
    BLIK with code: enter the 6-digit code from your banking app (see step 6).
    BLIK without code: if your banking app is already saved, approve the payment in your bank app without entering a code. You can remove saved banking apps at any time.

  5. Approve the deposit in your banking app.
    Open your banking app and accept the BLIK payment. Return to zondacrypto after approval.

  6. First deposit: one-time device confirmation.
    For your first BLIK deposit, you may be asked for a BLIK reference number (Ref ID) from a new phone or browser. The screen shows where to find it in your bank app. Enter the number and confirm it. Check the ‘Where to find BLIK Ref ID article if needed’.

  7. You didn’t finish the deposit? Check your deposit history.
    If you closed the page before completing the deposit or the Ref ID step, open Deposit history. The operation will be marked ‘action required’. Select it and finish the confirmation.

 

Frequently asked questions about BLIK on zondacrypto

 

  • Is BLIK available in the browser and in the zondacrypto mobile app?
    Yes. Blik works in both cases. The screens may look slightly different, but the steps are the same.

  • What are the BLIK deposit limits and fees on zondacrypto?
    Minimum deposit amount: PLN 10. Maximum deposit amount: PLN 10,000, the limit resets in 24h. Fee: 1% of each deposit.

  • Where can I find the BLIK Reference number (Ref ID)?
    On the verification screen, you’ll see a link with instructions for your banking app. Entering this number is required on your first deposit from a new device. It usually appears on the payment confirmation in your banking app.

  • Will I see the fee before I confirm?
    Yes. The fee and the full summary are shown on the amount screen before you confirm.

  • What does ‘action required’ mean in Deposit History?
    It means you started a BLIK deposit but didn’t finish it. Open Deposit History and complete the confirmation with your BLIK code or your linked banking app. If this is your first deposit on a new device, enter the BLIK Reference number.

  • I can’t see the BLIK transaction number on my payment confirmation or in my operation history. How else can I find the Ref ID?
    Some banks provide the BLIK transaction number with a delay or do not show it at all.
    If you cannot find the reference number in your banking history or on the payment confirmation, contact your bank and ask the consultant for the BLIK Ref ID or the PSP number.
    As an alternative, you can enter the Ref ID shown in the confirmation email you received from the payment operator. In that email, the Ref ID appears after the “/” in the subject line or in the message body.
    Once you enter the required Ref ID, your deposit will be credited automatically.

     
  • Can I cancel a BLIK transaction?
    Yes. You can cancel a transaction if you are unable to provide the BLIK reference number or if you decide not to complete the deposit.
    Please note that, according to the Terms and Conditions, a fee charged by the payment operator will be deducted from the deposited amount.
     
  • My deposit was not credited. Why?
    If your funds have not been credited after making a deposit, the most likely reason is that the required BLIK Ref ID was not entered. The Ref ID is necessary to verify your first deposit when using “with code” or “without code” options, including when that choice is saved in your banking app.

    If the BLIK deposit page was closed before completion, open your deposit history on our platform (go to “History” then “Transfers”). The unfinished deposit will be marked as “action required.” Click that deposit and enter the required BLIK reference number.

  • How many banking apps can I add to my account?
    You can add up to 3 banking apps to your account in line with the Terms and Conditions.
    Remember that the first deposit from any new bank must be verified by entering the Ref ID.
    If you want to pay from another bank after reaching the limit of 3 apps, contact Customer Support so we can remove one of your existing apps and add a new one.
