§ 1 General provisions
These Regulations (hereinafter: the "Regulations”) set out the Regulations of the Competition "#ZondoloOnTour - Juventus FC" (hereinafter: the "Competition").
The organiser of the Competition is BB Trade Estonia OÜ with its registered office in Tallinn, address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9, 1391 Estonia (office no. 10), registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under the number 14814864, (hereinafter: the "Organiser") operating a website (https://zondacrypto.com/) through which it provides services in the form of operating a cryptocurrency exchange (hereinafter: the "Platform").
It is the responsibility of the Competition Organiser to supervise the course of the Competition on an ongoing basis, including in particular whether, in connection with the course of the Competition, there is a risk of a breach of the Competition Regulations as laid down in these Regulations.
The Competition is held in connection with a sporting event in the form of football match between the Juventus FC and Atalanta Bergamo teams, which takes place on March 9, 2025 at 8:45 p.m. CET at the Allianz Stadium in Turin, Corso Gaetano Scirea, 50, 10151, Italy (hereinafter referred to as the "Event").
The venue for the Competition is the Allianz Stadium in Turin, Italy during the Event described in point 4 above, i.e. during the halftime of the Juventus FC vs. Atalanta Bergamo match on March 9, 2025, and participants will have the opportunity to participate directly in the tasks prepared by the Organiser during such Competition.
The Competition is addressed exclusively to the winners of the previous Contest organised by the Organiser on zondacrypto's Social Media called "#ZondoloOnTour - Sixth Game!", who have fulfilled the conditions for participation in this Competition, i.e. they have become winners in the aforementioned previous Contest and have received entry tickets to the Event. The purpose of the Competition is to enable the winners of the aforementioned previous Contest (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") - as an additional reward to them - to take part in an additional competition taking place during the Event, and thus to involve the Participants to actively engage during the Event.
The Competition Organiser is the sole founder of the prize in the Competition.
The Competition is not a cash lottery, a fantasy lottery, a promotional lottery or any other game of chance or betting.
Any information about the Competition available in the advertising materials is for information purposes only.
The Organiser also uses in these Regulations definitions that are consistent with those contained in the other Organiser's regulations, including the zondacrypto Terms and Conditions of Service (available at: https://zondacrypto.com/en/legal/zondacrypto-exchange/terms-and-conditions-of-service ), to which it hereby refers in this respect.
§ 2 Participation in the Competition
The Competition is exclusively for natural persons - winners of the Contest "#ZondoloOnTour - Sixth Game!", organised through the Organiser's Social Media from March 5 to March 7, 2025, where one of the prizes of the Contest is the opportunity for its winners to take part in the Organiser's exclusive competition, conducted during the Event, at the halftime of the match, who are adults (who are 18 years of age or older).
The Participant may only take part in the Competition in person and therefore is not permitted to take part in the Competition on behalf of third parties. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the Participants of the Competition and, in the event of reasonable doubt as to whether the above conditions are met, to possibly refuse the Participant to win the Competition on this basis.
Employees, members of the authorities and representatives of the Organiser and other entities directly participating in the preparation and conduct of the Competition, as well as persons cooperating with the aforementioned entities on a permanent basis on a basis other than an employment relationship, and members of their immediate families, i.e. ascendants, descendants, siblings, spouses, parents of spouses and persons in an adoptive relationship with them, may not participate in the Competition.
Participation in the Competition is conditional upon acceptance of the content of these Regulations and expressing one's willingness to participate in the Competition by confirming one's willingness to participate in the Competition during the Event by the persons indicated in point 1 above, which will take place in direct contact with representatives of the Organiser during such Event.
The Participant who enters the Competition in accordance with the preceding points is obliged to familiarise himself with the provisions of the Regulations. Entering the Competition is tantamount to accepting the content of these Regulations.
Joining the Competition is entirely voluntary and free of charge.
Participation in the Competition and the related sharing of personal data (including the image referred to in point 8 below) is entirely voluntary, on the basis of the Participant's consent - in accordance with § 9. point 2. a) of these Regulations.
By taking part in the Competition and accepting these Regulations, the Participant further consents to the processing of his/her image recorded as part of participation in the Event and participation in the Competition, without each time approving such processing. The consent referred to above includes in total: unlimited in time, unlimited in territory, unpaid, repeated dissemination by the Organiser of the image in the form of a promotional film and photographs from the Event, for the purpose of promoting the Organiser's activities on the Organiser's website, on the Organiser's social media or on the Organiser's mobile application. Consent may be revoked at any time.
§ 3 Duration of the Competition
The Competition takes place on March, 9 2025 at approximately 9:30 p.m. CET or later, during the halftime of the Event - the closer time will be marked by the Organiser during the Event at the venue of the Competition (hereinafter: "Competition Duration Time").
The conclusion of the Competition will take place on the same day as indicated in point 1 above, i.e. at the end of the Competition. The winner of the Competition will be notified of the winning on that date in a direct communication from the Organiser at the venue of the Event.
The individual Prizes within the Competition shall be handed over to the Winner at the times specified in § 5 point 2 and 3 - varying according to the type of Prize in question.
§ 4 Rules of the Competition
The Competition will consist of the following competition tasks:
During the halftime in the match, the Participants enter the field and each of them will attempt to score by hitting the overhanging boards on the goal from exactly 11 metres from the goal line;
Participants who hit one of the boards go on to the next round, if no one scores a goal, the round is repeated;
The person who is the only one to hit the board in a given round - becomes the Competition Winner;
The Competition will continue until one Winner is selected - in accordance with point 1(c) above.
Participants are obliged throughout the Competition Duration Period to observe the principles of "fair play" and to correctly perform the sports tasks in the Competition, in accordance with the Rules presented by the Organiser during the Event. In particular, Participants are obliged to:
a) not crossing the line when shooting at the goal;
b) to carry out the competition tasks in person only;
c) not to interfere with the performance of the competition tasks by opponents;
d) comply with any other instructions and directions given to them by representatives of the Organiser before or during the Competition.
Representatives of the Organiser and the Competition Commission referred to below will supervise the proper conduct of the Competition. In the event of perceiving that one of the Participants disturbs the order of the Competition or does not perform the Competition tasks correctly, the representatives of the Commission have the right to draw attention to such Participant and point out to him/her again the rules of the Competition described in these Regulations, and in the event of repeated misbehaviour - also to decide to exclude him/her from the Competition.
Participants' participation in the Contest Competition and their observance of the Regulations specified in point 2 above, as well as the determination of the Winner, shall be vested in the Competition Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission"), consisting of representatives of the Organiser and persons designated by the Organiser, as specified in § 7 of the Regulations.
Immediately after the conclusion of the Competition - due to the nature of the tasks performed and the possibility of resolving the Competition immediately after its conclusion - the Commission shall select one Winner from among the Participants, in accordance with § 4 (1) of these Regulations, provided that he/she has not violated the Regulations described in § 4 (2) above (hereinafter referred to as the "Winner").
Within the Competition, prizes will be awarded to the Winner as described in § 5 of the Regulations.
The Commission will award, taking into consideration the course of the Competition during the Event, as well as the Participants' compliance with the Regulations indicated in § 4 (1) and § 4 (2) above, to the person who completes the Competition in its entirety. Due to the nature of the Competition, winning the Competition will depend primarily on the accuracy of the Participants' hits on the boards hanging on the goal and their skill and precision in this regard.
The Participant who - in relation to the specifics of the Competition - performs the task of the Competition by being the only one to shoot accurately in a given round - in accordance with § 4 (1) above - shall win, and the Commission shall be obliged to supervise that such Participant correctly and completely performs such task during the Competition.
In selecting the Winner, the Commission shall at the same time decide on the awarding of the respective Prize in the Competition to the Winner concerned, taking into account the criteria set out in the preceding point and assessing whether the Winner fulfils the conditions set out in § 2 and § 4 of the Regulations.
The Competition Winner will be announced during the Event, if possible immediately after the Competition, assuming the time of the Competition Commission's deliberation, if any, as to the progress of the Competition, by the public announcement of the Competition Winner by representatives of the Organiser. When announcing the results, the Organiser will ask the Winner to make additional contact with him/her in a private email to the Organiser's address: [email protected] or through Social Media where the Participant has already made contact with the Organiser for prizes in a previous Competition. Once contact has been made, the Organiser will provide further instructions in order to establish all the details necessary to transfer the Prize to the Winner and to enable the Winner to use the Prize correctly.
The Winner shall be obliged to make such contact with the Organiser in accordance with point 11 above within 7 days of the announcement of the results of the Competition, but no later than 30 March 2025, under penalty of total loss of the right to the Prize.
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from the Competition or deprive of the right to the Prize Participants whose actions are contrary to the law, good manners or the Regulations, in particular Participants who:
a) do not act personally, but through third parties;
b) violate the Regulations described in § 4(1) and 4(2) of the Regulations;
c) are not persons selected by the Organiser to participate in the Competition under the Regulations provided for in § 2(1) of the Regulations (they impersonate such persons).
In order to clarify any doubts regarding the Participant's activity in the Competition, the Organiser may contact the Participant using the means of communication provided by the Participant; during such contact, the Organiser may expect the Participant to provide detailed information regarding his/her participation in the Competition.
By entering the Competition, the Participant declares that his/her entry is not in breach of the law, is not contrary to good morals, in particular does not infringe the rights of third parties, does not incite violence, intolerance, does not contain profanity or third party advertising content.
§ 5 Award
In the Competition, the Winner (one winner) will receive Prizes in the form of:
250 ZND tokens to be allocated to the balance in the Winner's Customer Account on the ZND Platform - hereinafter referred to as "ZND Tokens";
one match jersey of the team Juventus FC - hereinafter referred to as the "Jersey".
The prize of ZND Tokens will be transferred to the Winner as follows:
The use of ZND Tokens is only possible after:
i) registration of the User's account on the Organiser's Platform,
ii) successful completion of the verification process (KYC) by passing all its stages correctly;
iii) setting up an account on the ZND Platform;
The Organiser shall verify the fulfilment of the above criteria by checking whether the Winner has an active Account on the Organiser's Platform. If the above condition is not met, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse to award ZND Tokens to the relevant Winner;
As part of the verification of the Winner, the Organiser may require the Winner to send, in a private message to the Organiser, (as part of the private contact with the Organiser), as directed by the Organiser, any details necessary for the transfer of ZND Tokens, i.e.:
i) the e-mail address assigned to the Winner's account on the Organiser's Platform,
ii) other information required to confirm the Winner's identity in accordance with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing legislation.
In the event that the above information obligation is not fulfilled within the timeframe specified above, the Winner will forfeit the right to hand over the ZND Tokens. In such a case, the Organiser reserves the right to award the prize to the next Participant selected by the Competition Commission;
The prize of ZND Tokens will be awarded to the Winner as soon as all the requirements described above have been fulfilled, but no later than 14 days from the date of fulfilment;
In the event that the Winner submits an instruction to close the Customer Account on the Organiser's Platform before the ZND Tokens are awarded, the Winner will lose the right to the ZND Tokens. In such a case, the Organiser reserves the right to award the prize to the next Participant selected by the Competition Commission;
The Winner's fulfilment of the conditions for the award of the ZND Tokens should take place no later than 30 March 2025 inclusive;
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse to award ZND Tokens to the Winner in the event that:
i) The Winner's Account is involved in any fraudulent behaviour (e.g. sharing Account details with third parties, illegal mass account registrations, trading between own accounts or market manipulation),
ii) there is reasonable doubt in the Organiser's mind that the Customer has abused or breached these Regulations;
iii) there is a suspicion that the purpose of opening an Account is a profit-making activity unrelated to the services provided by the Organiser's Platform.
The prize in the form of a Jersey will be given to the Winner:
prize in kind;
immediately after the Winner is selected and announced during the Event;
the Organiser has the sole right to choose the Jersey awarded to the Winner;
In the event that the Winner relinquishes the Jersey and fails to collect it, the Organiser reserves the right to award the Prize to the next Participant designated by the Commission.
The Organiser reserves the right to change the number of Prizes in favour of the Winner (by awarding additional prizes).
In addition, as part of the prizes for participation (consolation prizes) in the Competition, the Organiser will award each of the other Participants with a bag of marketing gadgets from zondacrypto (giftpack), which will be presented to them immediately after the Competition has ended and the Winner has been awarded. Such giftpack will contain zondacrypto marketing gadgets of the Organiser's choice, including - by way of example only - a t-shirt, cap, mug, pin, etc. with the zondacrypto logo. The content of the bags may vary for each Participant.
The Commission shall award the Prizes to the Winners at its own discretion and in accordance with the criteria set out in § 4. point 7, 8, and 9 of the Regulations.
The Winner of the Competition shall only be entitled to one Prize (taking into account all the components of that Prize listed in § 5(1).
It is not possible to transfer the right to the Prize to third parties.
The prizes are not exchangeable for the cash equivalent or other services offered by the Organiser.
The Prize may be surrendered. In the event that the Winner withdraws from the Prize, the Organiser reserves the right to award the Prize to the next Participant nominated by the Commission or to forfeit the Prize to the Organiser (if it is not possible to award it to another Participant).
The Winner, as part of the use of the Prize, may be asked by the Organiser to prepare promotional materials as part of his/her participation in the Prize, relating to his/her participation in the aforementioned Competition (hereinafter: "Winner's Marketing Materials"). In such case, the Winner - by making the Winner's Marketing Materials available to the Organiser - agrees to the publication of the promotional materials prepared by the Winner on the Organiser's social media, thereby granting the Organiser a royalty-free and unlimited licence to publish them as part of the promotion of such Organiser's social media, and solely for that purpose.
§ 6 Liability of the Organiser
The Organiser shall not be liable for the inability to redeem the Prize to the Winner and for any reasons beyond the Organiser's control, including but not limited to incorrect contact details or force majeure events. In such a case the Winner will be informed of the aforementioned circumstances in a private message or will be asked to contact us in a comment under the competition post.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any fortuitous events preventing the Participants from taking part in the Competition or arising during the Competition, including in particular events resulting from the Participants' failure to comply with generally accepted safety and "fair play" rules.
The Organiser shall not be liable for the lack of possibility to claim the Prize in the event that the Participant fails to meet the deadline specified in § 4 (11) of the Regulations or provides incorrect data entitling him to claim the Prize.
The Organiser shall not be liable for the Participant's claims relating to expectations regarding the organisation of the Event in question. In the event of claims relating to the organisation of an Event, the Participant shall be entitled to submit complaints on his/her own behalf directly to the entities responsible for such Event.
The Organiser shall not be liable for claims by the Winner relating to the expectations of the prize of a Jersey. In the event of claims relating to the characteristics and quality of such Jersey, the Winner shall be entitled to make claims on his/her own behalf directly to the manufacturers of such Jersey.
The Participant, as well as the Accompanying Person, while participating in the Event, shall be obliged to behave culturally and in accordance with the Rules of the Allianz Stadium in Turin, in accordance with the conditions in the spectator area and to abide by the provisions of the Allianz Stadium Rules. In the event of any breach of the above, the Organiser reserves the right to immediately refuse further participation of the Participant, and Accompanying Person, in the Competition.
The Organiser shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to the Participant, or to the Accompanying Person, for the Participant's inability to participate in the Competition (e.g. attend the Event) as a result of the Participant's or the Accompanying Person's breach of the rules set out in point 6 above or other circumstances for which the Organiser is not responsible.
The Organiser is not responsible for claims by Participants in relation to expectations of consolation prizes (zondacrypto giftpack).
§ 7 The Competition Commission
The proper conduct of the Competition will be supervised by a Commission appointed by the Organiser and consisting of two persons.
The tasks of the Commission referred to in the preceding paragraph include, in particular:
a) to check that the Participant in question meets all the conditions for participation in the Competition,
b) evaluation of participation in the Competition on the basis of the criteria indicated in § 4 point 7-9,
c) Determination of the Winner of the Competition,
d) processing of Participant's complaints in accordance with § 8 of the Regulations.
§ 8 Complaints
Complaints relating to participation in the Competition, the Participant may submit:
a) In writing, to: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9, 1391 ESTONIA (office no. 10, 2nd floor), or
b) electronically via the form available at: https://zondacrypto.com/en/helpdesk/contact-page or by email to: [email protected].
Complaints should be submitted immediately after the occurrence of the event giving rise to the Participant's concern, but no later than within 14 days of the end of the Competition (for complaints sent by registered mail, the postmark date is decisive).
The Complaint should contain all information as set out in the terms and conditions found on the zondacrypto platform, available at https://zondacrypto.com/en/legal/zondacrypto-exchange, including the Terms and Conditions of Service - § 18(3).
The complaint procedure shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure contained in the regulations indicated in point 3 of this section, including the Terms and Conditions of Services - § 18(4) et seq.
Claims will be considered by the Competition Commission appointed by the Organiser in accordance with § 7 (2) of these Regulations.
§ 9 Personal data
The controller of the personal data is BB Trade Estonia OÜ with its registered office at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9, 1391 Estonia (office No. 10), a company under Estonian law, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under number: 14814864 (hereinafter: "Data Controller").
The Data Controller processes the personal data of Participants, Competition Winners and Accompanying Persons on the basis of:
a) consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "GDPR");
b) fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Data Controller within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR to fulfil the obligation to keep accounting documents;
c) the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, consisting in particular of responding to any complaints, claims made as a result of this competition.
Any data acquired by the Organiser about Participants, Competition Winners and Accompanying Persons will be deleted or anonymised within 60 days from the date the Competition ends or the Prize is sent to the Competition Winner.
The data of Participants, Competition Winners and Accompanying Persons will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with the preceding paragraph - with the exception of data that will be necessary in order to comply with legal obligations incumbent on the Data Controller and in order to fulfil the Data Controller's legitimate interest - necessary for the investigation of complaints or any other form of claims made by Customers, Participants, Contest Winners or Accompanying Persons, as well as for the purposes of any judicial or administrative proceedings.
Data is protected by technical and organisational measures to guarantee an adequate level of protection, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The Data Controller only processes the personal data provided by the Contest Participant or Winner. The personal data of the Contest Participants/Winners/Accompanying Persons is not subject to automated decision-making for the purposes of the Contest.
For the purposes of the Competition, personal data will be made available to companies affiliated by capital and personal links with the Data Controller, i.e. - Orion Software sp. z o. o. and Expofer Servis House s. r. o.
Participants in the competition are entitled to:
a) to request from the Data Controller access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject, and the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability;
b) to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, 39 Tatari, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, if the Participant believes that his/her personal data is being processed unlawfully.
All requests, questions and demands relating to the processing of Data should be addressed to the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Controller: [email protected].
§ 10 Final provisions
These Regulations are the only document setting out the detailed rules of the Competition.
The Regulations are available for the duration of the Competition directly from the Organiser's representatives at the venue of the Competition, i.e. the Event Venue.
All doubts concerning the terms, conditions and date of the Competition, the provisions of its Regulations and its interpretation shall be resolved by the Organiser. Such a decision of the Organiser does not deprive the complainant of the right to pursue claims under the Regulations of law.

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Organiser's Terms and Conditions and generally applicable provisions of law shall apply. In case of conflict between the provisions of these Regulations and the provisions of the Organiser's Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these Regulations shall apply.
The competent court for the resolution of disputes shall be the court of general jurisdiction.
