If you cannot remember your account password:

- After going to the page, enter the email address linked to your account,
- You will be asked to enter a verification code, which will be sent to your email address and will allow you to proceed to the next step.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the password change.

If you do not remember the email address linked to your account:
- Confirm your identity in the SumSub app.
- Once the page opens, enter an email address that you have access to, then follow the instructions on the screen.
- Once the verification is complete, contact us at [email protected] or create a ticket in the chat.
- Request a reminder of your email address and inform us that the verification process has been successfully completed. It will also be helpful to provide your first and last name or other information that may help us find the right profile.
Once our team finds your profile, you will receive a response indicating the email address assigned to your account. The next steps will depend on whether it is available to you and the status of your account, and will be described in the reply message.
