Why hasn't my instant transfer been credited?

Some instant transfers (e.g., Autopay or Bluecash) do not contain complete sender identification data, such as the name of the bank account owner.

In accordance with applicable AML/KYC regulations (including the Anti-Money Laundering Act), funds can only be credited if they come from a bank account belonging to the account owner on our website. Since instant transfer systems often do not provide this information, we are unable to automatically assign such a deposit to a user's account.

Please also note that traditional EUR deposit methods available on our exchange also do not support instant transfers, as this is due to the technical settings of banks handling EUR payments.

If you want to make an express deposit in EUR, please use the available SEPA Instant express deposit method.

If you want to fund your account quickly in the future, we encourage you to use alternative deposit methods, such as:

1. Payment card (funds are usually credited within 15 minutes),
2. ZEN (crediting usually takes about 1 minute),
3. BLIK (deposits are credited automatically) - the first deposit using this method requires additional verification, here you will find all the steps for making a BLIK deposit.
