In case you forgot your password, simply click on „Recover your password” button available below login panel. Type in your e-mail address and check your mailbox. You will receive a verification code which you will need to provide. The next step will be to set up a new password and confirm the operation with an auth code received via your preferred authentication method. Please note that every time you change your password, withdrawals from your account will be blocked for 48 hours.
If you forgot the e-mail address associated with your account, please contact with us via chat or contact form. Be sure to enter your e-mail address and enclose a selfie in which you are holding your ID and a sheet of paper with current date (timestamp). After receiving such a photo, we'll be sure that the rightful owner of the account contacted us, and we will be able to help.
