How to change password / e-mail?

If you want to change the e-mail address associated with your zondacrypto account, please contact with us via chat or contact form. Be sure to enter your username and provide a selfie in which you are holding your ID and a paper with the current date (timestamp).

As for changing your password, once logged into your platform account, navigate to the Account settings section and click on the Security subsection. Select Change next to the Password tab and provide your old password. Now provide a new password and approve it with your chosen 2FA method (phone, email, or Google Authenticator).
