When funds will be added to my account?

Making cryptocurrency deposits and PLN and EUR deposits via bank transfers is free of charge. Below you will find information on when funds will be credited to your zondacrypto account.

 

PLN deposits

Deposits made by bank transfer in PLN are credited to our platform three times a day on business days – around 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m.

Please note that the deposit must be made from a Polish bank account in PLN.

We do not accept express deposits or deposits made through operators.

 

EUR deposits

SPEA bank transfer deposits are posted on our platform at least three times a day on business days – around 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m.

SEPA Instant bank transfers are posted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note that we do not accept deposits made through banking intermediaries or SWIFT transfers.

The time at which we receive your deposit depends on the bank's accounting session. If the deposit has not yet been added to your account, please contact us via the contact form and send us the transfer confirmation.

 

Bitcoin deposits

The funds will be added to your balance automatically after receiving 3 confirmations from the network.

 

Altcoin deposits

Deposits in currencies such as Litecoin, Lisk, Ether, or Dash are credited to user accounts after receiving various numbers of confirmations from the network.

In the table at the end of the article, you will see the current number of confirmations required to post deposits.

 

Digital currencies

Digital currencies are posted immediately after receiving the required number of confirmations from the network. Check the list below in the table.
