How to withdraw funds to a debit / credit card in the application?

To withdraw funds to your card correctly using the app, follow the instructions below.

After logging into the app, go to the “Portfolio” tab and select the currency in which you want to make the transaction – PLN or EUR.
Select the “Cash withdrawal” option, then select “Credit card” from the available methods. A field for entering the withdrawal amount and a list of available cards will appear on the screen.
Enter the amount you plan to withdraw, then select one of the verified cards from the list and confirm your selection by clicking “Continue.”
Finally, you will see a summary of the withdrawal amount and commission fee. If the summary is correct, click the “Authorize withdrawal” button and then follow the instructions on the screen.

Once the transaction has been successfully confirmed, the funds should be credited to your account within 15 minutes.
