Why can't I withdraw funds to my account?

Please note that in order to withdraw funds, your exchange account must be fully verified.

1. Withdrawal to a card
   • For withdrawals to a payment card, you must first verify your card.
      
2. ZEN withdrawal
   • For Pay with ZEN withdrawals, you must first link your zondacrypto account to the ZEN service.
      
3. Withdrawal to a bank account
   • If you plan to withdraw funds to your bank account, make sure you have previously made a deposit through it. Withdrawal by bank transfer is only possible to a verified account, i.e., one from which you have previously deposited funds to your exchange balance.
      
4. What if I don't have a verified bank account?
   • If you don't have a verified bank account, make a deposit to it according to the deposit details visible in your panel. Once the funds are credited, your account will be verified and you will be able to withdraw funds from your balance to it.
