How to deposit PLN, EUR or USD in to my account?

How to make a deposit in PLN or EUR?

1. Go to the “Portfolio” tab.
2. Change the search filter from ‘All’ to “FIAT” to see the available currencies.
3. Select the currency in which you plan to make the deposit.
4. Click on the “Transfer” button, then select the “Deposit FIAT” option and proceed to the deposit method selection.
5. Remember – follow the instructions in the panel that will appear after selecting the deposit method.

Alternatively:

1. You can also request a deposit via the “Transfer” tab in the navigation bar.
2. Select the “Deposit FIAT” option.
3. Then select the currency in which you want to make the deposit.
4. You will now see a list of available deposit methods for the FIAT currency you have selected.

 

Payment by bank transfer

Please note that if you choose to pay by bank transfer, you must make the payment in accordance with the payment details provided by us. Copy the details exactly as they appear.

Also, don't forget that the bank transfer must be made from a bank account that you own. We do not accept payments from third parties or payment intermediaries.

 

PLN bank transfer

Bank transfers to your PLN balance must be made from a Polish bank account in PLN currency. Furthermore, we do not accept deposits made by express transfer (including Blue Cash).

Deposits in PLN are credited within 24 hours of the transfer being made by your bank. Here you can find out when your deposit will appear and what the crediting periods are for other currencies.

 

EUR bank transfer

Transfers in EUR are only processed within the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) system. This requires both the sender and the recipient to have an account within this area. You can check the list of countries here.

 

SWIFT transfers

We do not accept SWIFT transfers. Such transfers will not be credited to your balance. All available deposit methods on our exchange are processed within the SEPA system.

 

SEPA Instant mode

If you order a transfer using the “SEPA Instant CJ Bank Transfer” method, but your bank does not support SEPA Instant transfers:

• Your transfer will not be credited immediately but will be processed as a regular SEPA transfer.

• The funds will be credited later, in accordance with the bank's standard crediting hours.

When making deposits via bank transfer, please remember the applicable limits for a single transaction:

• for PLN deposits – minimum deposit of PLN 10, maximum deposit of PLN 499,999;
• for EUR deposits – minimum deposit of EUR 10.
