What can be done if Google Authenticator app is lost?

If you lose access to the Google Authenticator codes, please contact our support immediately by sending a selfie photo, which will verify your identity as the account owner.

The photo must contain:
- your face
- identity document (it can be an ID card or passport)
- a card with handwritten, current date

After positive authorization, we will be able to deactivate the security method and you will be able to log into your account.
